Until we have a clear answer, you can read this article which, I think, is interesting.

Just so everyone knows... I have put this question to Ash's manager, and when Ash is done filming and can be reached we expect a direct answer from her :-) I will let you all know as soon as she responds!

I'm confused whether it is true or not. I’m not an Indian but as a citizen of subcontinent I can say all political parties are the either side of a coin. No need to elaborate it by giving example. Since I’m not sure it isn’t fair to comment about it for me. I have a faith on Ash and she is mature enough to take the right decision. But if I were in a position similar to her I wont involve.
May Almighty Allah help her to select the right track in every sphere of her life.

I'm afraid a lot of artist (in all countries) are involving themselves into politics. I must say that I do think that SP is better than BJP but I'm not Indian thus it is just a foreigner point of view. Anyway SP and Sahara has some ties so...

With reference to above news, I request you, the Aishwarya, not to go for any political party campaign. We love you so much and these derogatory corrupt politics will disgrace your esteemed grace and belief. You believe in truth and non-flattery and honesty, right? Then where do these parties belongs to your circle.
