I was surprized and shocked at the comments made by "The Little Helper" and some other people. Kryss made a honest effort to shut his mouth though. Its very nice for Ash to have such big fan club but I guess its pretty hard on her when they expect so much from her. I don't even have 40 people in my Address book and I find it hard to mail everybody. I donno how Ash does that? Last but not the least I got a mail from Aishwarya Rai <ash@aishwaryaworld.com>. And I'm the happiest person on planet today. Thanx Aishwarya |

I'm not sure what email client Ash actually uses, we provide her a web interface similar to Hotmail though.
And she does indeed read the emails when she is able, although her managers will attempt to weed out as much spam as possible, and answer any emails they can to help make things easier on Ash since she IS so busy.
In truth I think the spams are actually far more than 100 day... Luckily as I said she does have her managers to get rid of that kind of stuff and ensure she gets the emails that are real
And finally, it is always something someone wonders - whether or not a response they get is really from a celebrity themself or not. Generally speaking though, everyone I've worked with will sign their real name (whether Simone or Rob) to an email - so you can pretty much be sure who you are getting a reply from ;) |

Does she really get time & energy to read our mails? I thought she appointed someone to do this job like reading & answering. That’s why I didn’t have interest to mail her. Its nice to know that she didn’t appoint anyone for this purpose. Honestly speaking if I got mail from her I’d believe it was not she.
I didn’t expect mail from her “but” (please don’t mind to use this word “but” ) I’ll be the happiest person in the world. There is another problem; if I’ll get mail from her I’ll be suspicious whether it is really from her or her appointed person. Problem everywhere, what can she do then.
And Simone replied my mail for 4 times, Rob 3 times and Kryss several times. Almighty is very much pleased on me. (I’m waiting for her mail and can wait for rest of the life)

Also, she must be getting at least 100 spam mails per day as her email id is out in the open. That makes it about 200 per day. For 3 months that is roughly 20,000 emails. Wooo! So Ash won't even be able to open her mailbox. My Outlook crashes for more than 2000 emails. Kryss I asked this question earlier. What email client does Ash uses? Anything for the power users?

Ok, let's do the math: Assume Ash got even as little as 100 emails a day (and it is far more than that); that would be 3100 emails a month. If she is out on location shooting a film, doing a tour or whatever, she could accumulate 9,000 plus emails at that rate. Since we are actually talking WAY more than that, it seems unreasonable to assume that any single letter(s) will necessarily get answered.
BUT I DO know for a fact that both Ash and Simone do answer emails when they are able, but it's simply not feasible to have them ALL answered. At least people aren't getting canned form letters like some celebs hire people to send out!
Most of her fans seem to understand this and when they write her they do so to get a message to her only. It seems more than just a little self-serving to say "She's busy ya...but". There is no "but" until you can say you would be able to answer 5,000-10,000 emails a month yourself while maintaining your career and family life.
I'm sorry, I know that isn't the answer you wanted hear, but we need to apply a little logic here...not to mention empathy. |

Than seriously whats the need of a website? I mean ya post the REAL and TRUE news. Ok alright I see the point of the news updating but how about answering emails? Seriously I wrote to ASh and Simone and i am sure many people did too but they never answer emails. Now what's the point of an email address if Ash never answers? She's busy ya....but can't she still answer emails like once in 3 months? |

Again, when we have information that is legitimate it gets updated. There is a process to how this works; not all news you hear is true. Once everything is verified and supplied to us by Ash or her managers, items get updated; we can't update without actual items to update. |

We are currently attempting to get authorized stills from Bride & Prejudice - but we cannot simply take their photos from elsewhere and use them without permission. The stills we are attempting to get from Bride will be available as soon as we have them.
As you may be aware - we do not put less than good quality pictures on this site, and we are not satisfied with quantity over quality. When we are given new quality pictures we will update them.
Also, you need to understand that Ash is VERY busy and very seldom does photo shoots; in fact, I believe last year she only did 1 - maybe 2...
There are many sites out there that have a zillion pictures that you can download. And we freely encourage you to do so.
We attempt to put special things here for fans, but you need to understand that this site is not meant to simply be a download haven of freebies for people - it is meant to provide new and accurate information about Ash and what she is doing.
Additionally, when new pictures become available they will be in the fan club only - not in the main public section of the site. |

Somewhere, I must agree, the official site should have new pics BEFORE all the other site (by example you find new pics of Bride and Prejudice in rediff.com which is not a site dedicated to Ash, that's a pity).
And do not forget that as Aishwarya fan, we get accustomed to the best (yes ASH RULEZZZZ!) |

What specifically are you looking for in the way of updates? The Filography has been updated, the tour dates added and the Fan Club contains all new items such as wallpapers and screensavers for the month.
