“ …………..” said the Joint Director of Tourism for Agra, Mr D K Burman.

Contrary to popular belief the Taj Mahal is not one of the original Seven Wonders. They were named in 200 BC and only the Egyptian Pyramids remain in existence.
N7W Founder, Bernard Weber, believes the time has come for new Wonders to be selected, this time by global popular vote, on the internet: “Anyone can nominate any building between now and next February. Then, an internationally renowned panel will shortlist 21 candidates to go forward to the final vote on New Year’s Day 2006.”
The N7W hot air balloon will fly over the Taj Mahal on December 1st, giving the celebrities, guests and invited media a rare opportunity to view the white marble mausoleum from the air. As its birthday present, N7W will be sponsoring a programme of tourist balloon flights at the Taj Mahal this winter.
